Grief Connect® Community

Grief can feel deeply lonely, even when you are surrounded by others. When someone important in your life has died, it can be hard to find people who truly understand what you are going through.

Grief Connect Community is a professionally guided space, led by Michelle Moriarty, where you can connect with others who get it and feel less alone in your experience.

This is a place where you can be understood, supported, and gently guided as you navigate life after loss, at your own pace.

About our Grief Connect® Community

Grief Connect® Community has been created with care, for people who are carrying the loss of someone important.

It is a place where you can come exactly as you are, without pressure or expectation.

Here, connection happens gently. You might share your experience, or simply read and sit alongside others who understand. Alongside this, you will receive thoughtful guidance to help you make sense of what you are going through and feel more supported in your day to day life.

This community is guided by Michelle Moriarty, social worker, grief educator, and founder of Grief Connect®.

With both professional experience and her own lived experience of loss, Michelle brings a grounded and compassionate presence to the space. She is actively involved in the community and hosts monthly live sessions where you can ask questions and receive guidance in a supportive environment.
