When you join our fabulous "Goodbye Achy Back" 5 week blocks of classes, you'll:

Our classes are super friendly and welcoming, but I know it can be nerve-wracking to join a new one:

- It’s ok to stay at the back ✅

- It’s ok to stop and ask questions ✅

- It’s ok, no one else is watching you except your instructor ✅

When do the next block of classes start?

Our next block start in January 2026 with spaces available throughout the week in Sunbury, Hampton Hill and Hampton as well as at our brand new class in Molesey.
