Louise is a Level 7 Qualified Leadership Coach and Mentor with over 15 years’ experience in leadership, management, and training roles. She has navigated the biases, unspoken rules, and systemic barriers that often hold talented leaders back, and knows what it takes to step into influence and create impact.

She blends business know-how with a people-led approach to help leaders build sustainable, inclusive practices that actually work in the real world. Passionate about creating environments for developing talent that often goes unseen, Louise has seen firsthand how meaningful, context-driven development transforms both individuals and workplaces, far beyond any tick-box exercise.
