We value your feedback, but we also know that time is precious. This is why we want to give you the opportunity to win something back when investing your time in this survey.
Both the survey and the prize draw are implemented by the EOTDL team, namely EarthPulse, S.L. and Novaspace SRL. For payout you will be contacted by Novaspace SRL
The prize draw is open to natural persons who complete the EOTDL survey. Participants must provide a valid name and email address for prize notification. Each natural person can only win once. Submitting the survey multiple times does not increase the chances of winning and will not allow a participant to win more than one prize.
Selected winners must provide a valid proof of identity (e.g., ID card or similar document) to confirm that they are unique individuals and eligible to receive the prize.
Only the participant’s name and email address will be collected initially. This information will be used solely for administering the prize draw and contacting winners. No additional personal data will be gathered until drawing the winners. Winners will be contacted in the future and might need to provide further information such as an eligible bank account and their current address to receive the sum.
The total prize pot amounts to €500 (fivehundred), divided into five individual prizes of €100 (onehundred) each. Five distinct winners will be selected, and each winner will receive one €100 prize.
The prize draw ends on 10th December. Winners will be selected on the same day.
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided. If a winner does not respond or fails to provide valid identity verification within the specified timeframe of 14 business days, the prize may be reallocated.
