Blue Mountain Clinic is gearing up for sweeping attacks on abortion access in Montana. After voters made their voices clear by passing CI-128 and affirming the right to make private medical decisions without government interference, lawmakers acted at their first opportunity to introduce bills restricting reproductive healthcare. We expect more of the same — and worse — in 2027. 

Why This Petition Matters

As Montana’s longest-operating abortion clinic, Blue Mountain Clinic has been on the frontlines for decades and will likely be called to the State Capitol to defend reproductive freedom in 2027. We need your support to show lawmakers that Montanans are united, informed, and ready to protect our values.
