I help busy, time poor, highly motivated people learn, develop and deepen a sustainable yoga practice through educational classes steeped in science, self inquiry and understanding what works for YOU.

My approach to teaching is to create space for you to explore WHO you are, begin to understand your tendencies & patterns and create a space to let go of what no longer serves you.

You will develop more awareness, become more present and focused and let go of the feeling of being rushed & pulled in too many directions. The mindset shift you develop in a yoga practice is powerful, and accessible to anyone who sets their mind on achieving it.

Yoga brings alignment in focus and concentration and if you practice regularly, you will develop these qualities

- because yoga is a science, application based practice and it works -

My approach is traditional - challenging yet accessible classes. Ashtanga Yoga is my foundation and you will feel a sense of familiarity to the practice in all of my teachings.

Come and be part of an incredible community!
